Sessions are structured but flexible, and we work at your pace, with support and accountability along the way. Sessions are held virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, making it easy to work together from wherever you are.

Hello Healthjoy offers different coaching options, depending on the level of support you’re looking for.

Sessions are held virtually through Healthie, a secure, private platform that makes it easy to connect, stay organized, and work together from wherever you are.


Intro Coaching Program

A supportive place to start if you want structure, clarity, and direction — even if you’re not sure where to begin.

What’s included:

  • Six one-on-one coaching sessions (50 minutes each)

  • Designed to be completed over ~6–8 weeks

  • Clarify what matters most to you and where you want to focus

  • Build realistic, sustainable habits at a pace that fits your life

  • Accountability and reflection within each session

Coaching is collaborative and client-led. Sessions typically meet more frequently at the beginning, then may be spaced out as clarity and confidence grow.

Fee: $660

Secure scheduling, messaging, and payment are handled through Healthie, a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Core Coaching Program

Ongoing coaching support for people who want consistency, accountability, and time to integrate lasting change.

What’s included:

  • Twelve one-on-one coaching sessions (50 minutes each)

  • Designed to be completed over ~3–4 months

  • Continued structure and accountability as goals evolve

  • Space to reflect, adjust, and build habits that last

  • A steady, supportive pace that encourages long-term behavior change

Coaching is collaborative and client-led. Sessions often begin weekly and become more spaced out as habits stabilize and clients feel more self-directed.

Fee: $1,200
